University of Arizona aerospace engineering students created and launched a rocket that incorporated several 3-D printed parts. 3-D printed circuit mounts, electronic housing boxes, booster fins, aft body structure and tailcone all contributed to creating a streamlined model that won the Best Overall Design award at the UA College of Engineering's Design Day 2014.
