UA student's robot uses Intel chips, so the company asked him to build demo robots.

Intel asked UA electrical engineering senior Matt Bunting to build two hexapod robots to promote its Atom processor at trade shows and other engineering meetings.
The company will be showing the robot at the Society of Women Engineers conference in Phoenix Jan 30, and plans to demo the robot at six more events in February and March.
